RULES & SCORING
All participants must read and comply before entering The Promise Land.
Check-In Process
All entries must check into the official Rick Ross Registration site before accessing The Promise Land. At check-in, you will receive a 2025 RRCS4 Dash Card. This card must be fully completed and clearly visible in your windshield (or motorcycle display). Judges may disqualify entries if this is not followed.
Modification Classes
- Original: Stock/restored, era accessories only.
- Street Custom: Max 5 minor mods, no majors.
- Mild Custom: 2 major + 4 minor mods.
- Semi Custom: 3+ major + 4 minor mods.
- Full Custom: 5+ major + 4 minor mods.
Judging Criteria
Craftsmanship: Build quality, creativity, detail.
Body: Paint, murals, molding, glass, accessories.
Engine: Plating, wiring, detail, compartment mods.
Undercarriage: Frame, suspension, wheels, finish.
Interior: Seats, trunk/bed, audio/video, finish.
Hydraulics/Air: Operability, wiring, plating.

Prizes & Recognition
Classes require at least 4 entries for 3 trophies. Fewer entries may yield 1st or 2nd place only (minimum score required).
